Josh grew up in Thousand Oaks, where he wrestled competitively in high school. Before going into real estate full-time, he worked at a legal firm in Thousand Oaks from age 20 to 23 — an experience that gave him a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of contracts, communication, and trust. He studied Business and Real Estate at Cal State Northridge.
Josh lives next door to his brother Adam, and the two of them have been best friends their entire lives. That dynamic carries into the business — Quick Home Offers® is a true family operation, not a corporate entity.
When he is not working, Josh is usually traveling, trying new restaurants, or spending time with his family and siblings in Ventura.
